According to the work plan of the Department of advanced Training and retraining of the Republican Higher Medical College LLP, from 03.12-07.12.2019, a cycle of advanced training on the topic “Modern requirements for the organization of continuing education in medical colleges” is being conducted for deputy directors, heads, teachers, methodologists and teachers of departments/centers of advanced training and retraining of secondary medical workers of medical colleges. Representatives of 20 medical colleges of the Republic (13 state and 6 non-state) took part in the training.
According to the training program, it was planned to familiarize students with the regulatory and legal documents of TVET and after secondary education, issues of accreditation of educational organizations that carry out PC and PP.
Saule Ilyasovna Sydykova, Director of the DNHR of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in this training cycle, who introduced the project “Sectoral Qualification Framework “, the organization of the UMO for continuous postgraduate education of mid-level medical personnel.
In order to improve continuing education, the participants decided to create a UMO, which includes experienced teachers of the VMK, MK and practical healthcare specialists.
