In continuation of the forum held within the framework of the Days of Kazakh Medicine in Tajikistan, at the second session, the following leading healthcare professionals of Kazakhstan shared their experience and knowledge:
Chairman of the Board of the National Scientific Center of Oncology and Radiology D.R. Kaidarova in her speech stressed the importance of early diagnosis of oncology, and shared the results of a three-year scientific study on breast cancer in young Kazakhstani girls.

Scientific Director of the network of human reproduction clinics “Ecomed” Baykoshkarova S.B. told about their experience of IVF in Kazakhstan. To date, more than 20,000 children have been born in Kazakhstan thanks to IVF and the first child born with IVF in Kazakhstan will turn 24 this year. Saltanat Berdenovna noted that IVF in Kazakhstan is carried out at an affordable price in more than 20 Ecomed centers, branches have been opened in Tashkent and Bishkek, it is planned to open in Dushanbe, which will allow activating medical tourism.
The Chairman of the Board of the National Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery Boranbayeva R.Z. spoke about the prospects and opportunities of pediatrics in Kazakhstan.
Director of Science of the Institute of Reproductive Medicine Kudaibergenov T.K. shared the latest achievements in reproductive surgery in Kazakhstan, including the opening of a branch of the IWW under the Swedish project.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Scientific Cardiology Center Nabiyev AN shared his experience in the development of cardiology services in Kazakhstan. To date, more than 400 foreign patients have received treatment from 26 countries in the field of cardiac surgery.
Egizekov A. L., chief physician of the Center for Modern Medicine “MEDITERRA” demonstrated the types of the latest surgical operations performed at the center.
T.S. Karibekov, Deputy Chairman of the National Scientific Center, spoke about the experience of using HIFU in the treatment of tumors and parasitic cysts.
In addition, the Director General of the Republican Higher Medical College, N.B. Ruzdenova, and the director of the Pavlodar Medical Higher College, G.K. Sitkazinova, shared their experience in the field of training medical personnel.
At the end of the session, colleagues from Tajikistan and Kazakhstan had the opportunity to discuss the main challenges and solutions in the field of healthcare, as well as directions for further cooperation.
